ZiggyTech Ventures LLC (“ZiggyTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada limited liability company (EIN: 41-4738365) that provides scheduling software and related business services through ZiggySchedule.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with ZiggySchedule and all related services operated by ZiggyTech Ventures LLC (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Data Processor / Data Controller Distinction
ZiggyTech operates primarily as a data processor. Our business customers (you, the business) are the data controllers — you determine the purposes and means by which personal data of your clients is processed through our Services.
In limited circumstances, ZiggyTech acts as a data controller in its own right — for example, when processing account registration information, billing data, and usage analytics for our own business purposes.
If you are an end user or client of one of our customers and have questions about how your data is handled, please contact the business that uses our Services directly.

3.3 Automatically Collected Information
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect device and browser identifiers, session data, and performance diagnostics. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

All sub-processors are contractually bound to process data only as instructed.
6. California & Nevada Privacy Rights
California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We implement encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication for administrative access.
8. Email Communications & Opt-Out
When you book an appointment through ZiggySchedule, we (on behalf of the business host) will send you transactional emails including booking confirmations and appointment reminders. These are necessary to fulfill your booking.
Each email includes an unsubscribe or opt-out link. You may opt out of reminder emails at any time. Note that opting out of transactional confirmations may mean you do not receive important booking information.
